At Masters Choice we tend to lean towards lower, more moderate populations than the industry has been heading. We want to keep good seed spacing to take advantage of our flex hybrids. Unlike the determinate ears of most industry corn, Masters Choice lineup consists of mostly flex ears that will produce the same top end yield, while planting fewer plants per acre. Be sure to check for each hybrids suggested planting population. You can use this chart to help determine what your seed spacing is at different populations on varying row widths.
